PICK UP

• All Pickup orders will be ready for collection within 2-5 hours. ( please be mindful of salon operating hours). 
• Email notification will be send through when order is ready for collection 

AUSTRALIA

• Standard 5-10 Days
• Express 3-7 Days

INTERNATIONAL

• Standard 7-18 Days
• Express 7-14 Days 

  REFUND POLICY 

 We want you to be fully satisfied with our products.

Returns/ Exchange are acceptable here at Belartistry. In order to be eligible for a return / refund, product must be in it original condition you received it in, unopened, unused, Including packaging. 

- Timing: 14 days of receiving your order.

- Products purchased on sale are FINAL sale and unfortunately we don't accept return or exchange for any sale item.   

- Customer is fully accountable for any shipping and handling fees for return. Shipping Fees are  none refundable.
